- The Field Training Coach (FTC) reports directly to the Market Coaches (MC) and indirectly to the Director of Operations (DO). Dual reporting requires alignment and communication between the DO and MC.
- The FTC is accountable for the Market Training Restaurants (MTR) execution of the training programs, coaching Area Coaches (AC) on training execution to build people capability, Classroom Training, supporting system-wide national Rollouts and sharing MTR best practices.
- FTCs lead the process of selection, training, and dual-line manages Market Training Managers (MTM).
- FTC will support the AC and MTM in develop of area Restaurant General Managers (RGM), Senior Assistant Managers (SAM), Assistant Managers (AM), and Shift Managers (SM).
